Delivery & Cancellation Policy

Order Lead Time

All catering orders require a minimum of 4 hours’ advance notice for both delivery and pickup.

Delivery Fees & Hours

Delivery charges vary based on travel time and distance.
Our standard delivery hours are 5:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Deliveries requested outside of these hours may be subject to additional fees.

Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations. This allows us to properly schedule staff, deliveries, and food preparation based on catering volume.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full for the catering order.
